Gut Recovery Centre was founded by Naturopath Kirsty King.
After suffering from gut issues in her early twenties, Kirsty used naturopathic principles along with colon hydrotherapy to help heal her gut.

This sparked a passion for all things gut health and lead Kirsty to study a 4-year degree, graduating in 2019 with a bachelor of health science naturopathy at the Endeavour College of Natural Health. 

After graduating, Kirsty began private practice as a Naturopath and quickly realised the need for colon hydrotherapy services in Adelaide. She went on to learn the Woods Gravity Method of Colon Hydrotherapy and opened the doors to Gut Recovery Centre in 2022.

Gut Recovery Centre is passionate about supporting health from the inside out. Our practitioners use gentle natural methods to bring the body back to balance so it can function optimally.
